Very well pieced!  Be sure to note the interesting quilting design done in the parchment background surrounding the diamond star.  This pattern is so interesting because it is derived from the log cabin style quilt, but instead of beginning with the square in the center of each block, this quilt begins with a diamond for it&#8217;s center of each diamond block.  Then the sizes of the strips that are sewn around the diamond are cut in two widths, a narrow side and a wider side.  Imaculate and well done.
