A striking “lone Star” with fabrics selected by Dolores. Shades of browns with a touch of deep blue and golds makes this king-size quilt an outstanding masterpiece.   Dolores pieced the top and an Amish friend did the even stitching with 7-8 stitches per inch.     The back is covered with a soft-white 100% cotton fabric.        Signed and dated in embroidery by Dolores.

This design demands and this quilt delivers very careful precise piecing. The background fabric is traditional soft cream white cotton muslin.
