Wonderful variation on the classic Lone Star by quilt designer Dolores Yoder. Very attractive fabric selections, excellent piecing — note that flower leaves and stem are pieced not appliqued — Wow! Dolores made the top and an Amish friend did the fine quilting. Note the interesting border treatment. Dolores signed here name and the year (2009) in embroidery on the front of the quilt near one of the corners.
