The Center Diamond is one of the oldest Amish quilt designs. This quilt with its navy border, burgundy-red diamond, purple fill, and green sash uses the classic Amish color scheme. Thin batting and abundant quilting give it both the look and feel of an antique quilt. Made in a local Amish home by an Amish woman.

A pleasing combination of the Lone Star and Trip Around the World designs with fantastic prints in blue and pale yellow. The background is a fine tone on tone cream white cotton print. Excellent patchwork piecing and fine quilting by its local Amish maker.

About as extravagant a true Amish quilt as you will find. Amish colors, all cotton, nine-patch in nine-patch block, and an abundance of interesting quilting coupled with excellent piecework and fine stitching -- Wow! Made by an Lancaster County Amish women. Border and pillow fold are Navy, border corners and sash corners are Burgundy, quilted squares in center of quilt are blue.
