A delightful collection of 12 soothing blue and white cross-stitched patches with star accents! Cross Stitch quilts have a softness that can not be matched with printed fabrics. Excellent cross stitching that is precise and uniform, quilting stitches are all done in a dark blue. A blue solid sash and soft light blue print, along with the stars brings the quilt all together beautifully.  Many hours of hand-embroidered work was put into this quilt!! Very well made in Lancaster by an Amish woman.

The back of the quilt is covered with a solid off white print 100% cotton fabric. The quilting density is good, averaging about 100 linear inches of stitching per square foot. The hand quilting is wonderful with 8 tiny stitches per inch.
