A VIVID eye-catching, radiating Lone Star pattern! Note the fine piecing and quilting. Moda fabrics along with Jewel-tone, gold-lined Hoffman are used in the star and also sashing. The pillow tuck is a beautiful Country Bride applique! Both the patchwork piecing and quilting were VERY well done by the Lancaster County, Pennsylvania Amish woman who made it, signed and dated it.

The back of the quilt is covered with a solid off white 100% cotton fabric. The quilting density is good, averaging about 100 linear inches of stitching per square foot. The hand quilting is wonderful with 8 tiny stitches per inch.
