A delightful collection of cross-stitched pansies and baskets! Cross Stitch quilts have a softness that can not be matched with printed fabrics. Makes you feel like you’re holding a bouquet of flowers. Excellent cross stitching that is precise and uniform. A soft floral lavender and purple sash brings the quilt all together. Many hours of hand-embroidered work was put into this quilt!! Very well made in Lancaster by an Amish woman.

The back of the quilt is covered with a solid off white 100% cotton fabric. The quilting density is good, averaging about 100 linear inches of stitching per square foot. The hand quilting is wonderful with 8 tiny stitches per inch.

    WOW! This terrific quilt creates an explosion producing a starburst effect. Love the color combination, it really gives the quilt dimension! Beautiful patchwork squares border on top and bottom of quilt. Precise piecing and exceptionally fine quilting. Made here in Lancaster by an Amish woman. Symmetrical so it can also be used on a king size bed, and the patchwork squares would be on the sides instead of top and bottom.

Made by an Amish woman in her Lancaster County, Pennsylvania home who signed and dated the back corner. This type of quilt never goes out of style! Symmetrical so can also be used on a king-size bed.
