A delightful collection of cross-stitched bluebirds and flowers! Cross Stitch quilts have a softness that can not be matched with printed fabrics. Makes you feel like you’re holding bunches of  roses. Excellent cross stitching that is precise and uniform. A navy border and soft lovely rose colored sash brings the quilt all together, and a dainty pillow throw tops off the quilt beautifully.  Many hours of hand-embroidered work was put into this quilt!! Very well made in Lancaster by an Amish woman.

The back of the quilt is covered with a solid off white 100% cotton fabric. The quilting density is good, averaging about 100 linear inches of stitching per square foot. The hand quilting is wonderful with 8 tiny stitches per inch.

The pillow tuck is a beautiful Country Bride applique! Both the patchwork piecing and quilting were VERY well done by the Lancaster County, Pennsylvania Amish woman who made it, signed and dated it.

Muted Burgundy Rings interlocking with Blue rings and centers in the popular ‘Kansas Troubles’ Moda fabric line. Background fabric is traditional soft cream cotton muslin. Made by an Amish woman here in Lancaster County. This quilt is symmetric and may be used sideways on a king size bed.
