Here is one of Karel’s classic original designs, the Trumpet Flower, and it has always been a customer favorite. \u00a0Winding trumpet flowers, vines, and leaves are surrounded by 5″ log cabin blocks with primitive stars in each of the corners. \u00a0The stunning color scheme uses shades of blues, \u00a0golden tans and ivory which gives such a pleasing effect. \u00a0Karel is known for incorporating many different fabrics in her quilts to add lots of interest and texture. \u00a0We think the border fabric is the perfect finish to this lovely quilt. \u00a0The hand quilting and appliqu\u00e9 are exceptional as well.<\/p>\n
