Truly elegant! The Calla Garden is the most recent appliqué design from C Jean Horst designs. Here is a garden of Calla lilies, surrounded with tulips and 3 dimensional rosebuds as well as bunches of delicious looking grapes. This pattern was designed for a customer who loved the Petal Showcase and asked that I use calla lilies in her design. We loved her idea too and now offer it as a regular pattern. The quilt has 8 stitches per inch and is well quilted with feather designs and cross hatching sections. All hand appliquéd! So special!
There is a special decorative braid used to accent the border and the central motif.
