A very elegant, traditional nine patch pattern. Be sure to notice all the incredibly fine hand quilting. The background fabric color is best described as "sand". The blue is almost like a peacock but I prefer to think of it as the ocean. The back of the quilt is covered with a very pretty, coordinating print fabric that is called "sea glass". Simplicity and elegance! The color of a stroll through a peaceful summer forest. We adore the fabric on the back of the quilt! You can almost smell the pine scent. The cream colored fabric on the front of the quilt has just a hint of a marbled look to it. The Irish Chain is a classic quilt that is a favorite of mine. The colors of this quilt remind me of all the lovely colors at the seashore. I can almost smell the sea air! The white fabric is a solid white. The back of the quilt is covered with a coordinating subtle print fabric.
