WOW! This terrific quilt creates an explosion producing a starburst effect. Love the color combination, it really gives the quilt dimension! Beautiful patchwork squares border on top and bottom of quilt. Precise piecing and exceptionally fine quilting. Made here in Lancaster by an Amish woman. Symmetrical so it can also be used on a king size bed, and the patchwork squares would be on the sides instead of top and bottom.

Charming! What a lovely, traditional, country style quilt! This quilt pattern originated from another popular one, the Sawtooth, and was used for the Underground Railroad. Great fabric selections with many plaids. Made here in Lancaster County by an Amish woman. Note her fine piecing, and quilting. Pictured on a queen size bed.

The Center Diamond is one of the oldest Amish quilt designs. This quilt with its navy border, deep red diamond, royal blue fill, and hunter green sash uses the classic Amish color scheme. The background fabric is a traditional soft cream cotton muslin with a feathered heart quilted in the center of each ring.
