A Bright and Beautiful Quilt! Rich colors and attractive fabric selections. Notice the gold trim on the border fabric. Both the excellent patchwork piecing and fine quilting were done by a Lancaster County Amish woman.

Wow! A great variation on the Compass Star design with a brilliant burst of color! So many starry details. Background has white on white star fabric. Compass stars accent the pillow top. Patchwork sashes on sides, with tiny stars stitched on the navy border. Very well made by local Amish woman in her home.
