A half dozen gorgeous floral bouquets! This quilt will brighten any bedroom. Wonderful appliqued ribbons, flowers and leaves with finely embroidered stems. Note the fine pure white on white floral print used as the background fabric. Well suited for a high queen size bed. Very well made by local Lancaster County Amish woman.

Note the care taken in selecting portions of the printed fabric to use for each piece of applique and how well each is oriented to enhance the overall design. Quite often the quantity and quality of the quilting on this style of quilt leaves a lot to be desired — not here! Look at the very fine stitching.

    Charming, soft and cozy Sampler quilt. Stars, nine patches, appliqued hearts, saw tooth, SO many patterns combined to make a beautiful quilt! Outstanding workmanship! Please note the care taken with the applique work and very fine quilting. Made here in Lancaster County by an Amish woman.

    The back of the quilt is covered with a floral white on white print  100% cotton fabric. The quilting density is good, averaging about 100 linear inches of stitching per square foot. The hand quilting is wonderful with 8 tiny stitches per inch.
