A charming delicate quilt with exceptional applique work and tiny stitches. The love bird blocks share some of the characteristics of a Country Bride quilt along with the applique work on the pillow fold. Note the classy navy and burgundy fabrics and the excellent quilting. The background fabric is fine solid cream white cotton.  Will become an heirloom!  Made here in Lancaster by an Amish woman.

The back of the quilt is covered with a off white leafy print 100% cotton fabric. The quilting density is good, averaging about 100 linear inches of stitching per square foot. The hand quilting is wonderful with 8 tiny stitches per inch.
