Stellar collection of stars! Wonderful color combination of  soft pastel colors, along with a patchwork border that frames the quilt beautifully. The solid black background makes you feel like you’re looking at the night sky! Excellent patchwork piecing and VERY fine quilting. Very well made by a local Amish woman in her Lancaster County Pennsylvania home. This quilt is symmetric and may be used sideways on King size bed.

The back of the quilt is covered with a light blue leafy print 100% cotton fabric. The quilting density is good, averaging about 100 linear inches of stitching per square foot. The hand quilting is wonderful with 8 tiny stitches per inch.
