    Log cabin quilts are a traditional favorite of Karel’s and on this design she added charming wool appliqué flowers, stars and berries applied with a button hole stitch and other embroidered details.  The clever arrangement of log cabin blocks enhances the design and warm classic country prints were chosen to complete the look.  The dark navy floral border was a nice choice to frame this quilt.

    A hanging sleeve along with Karel’s signature patch are included on the back of the quilt.
