Wheels on the Bus

The Wheels on the bus song inspired this fun children's quilt which features a sunny, yellow bus at it's center.  Whimsical cars and a pick up truck, done in cheerful colors with embroidered details appear to be driving around the bus.  The pattern feature bright colored squares which frame the appliqué blocks as well.  The border fabric echos the cars and buses as the children on bikes and jumping ropes ride around the border.  This playful quilt is ready to become a child's beloved snuggle blanket right now.  The workmanship  is beautifully done and the hand quilting enhances the design. A hanging sleeve and Karel's signature patch are included on the back of the quilt.
