Ruth has been making beautiful quilts for 30 years! She made her first Log Cabin Lone Star quilt for her daughter. It was so beautiful she made another one to sell. Thus began her passion for making quilts.
Ruth works with a group of talented Mennonite and Amish friends to make quilts with the most popular classic Lancaster County, Pennsylvania designs. Ruth has a gift for selecting beautiful fabrics and coordinating colors.

This is the only quilt exactly like it as it a Scrappy one, so know that no one has one just like yours. The quilting stitches are at about 6 stiches per inch. Finished border with a nice tan fabric. Backing is a tan tone on tone fabric. -
Wow! A very beautiful quilt in lovely Black, Charcoal and Gray colors. The gray fabric is gorgeous featuring a Water Lily etched in gold. What great fabric selections put into a quilt blending two favorite patterns, Log Cabin and Lone Star!!!! The background fabric is a very fine gray flower. Made in Lancaster by a Mennonite woman and very nicely quilted by a Amish woman in her home.

Lone Star Log Cabin
$975The Log Cabin quilt design is one of the oldest and best loved of all quilts but this quilt has a Lone Star in the center and so this quilt has the two patterns in one quilt. Here is a classic design made new! Featured on this quilt are beautiful Green and Red and Tan fabrics. Nicely pieced and beautifully hand quilted. Quilting is 7 stitches per inch. A high quality quilt. -
Almost a Postage Stamp quilt, a original postage stamp has a finished 1 in. square, where this has a 1 1/2 in. finished square. A bright quilt with remnants from many colorful quilts. Features fabrics that are current and from years gone by. A scrappy quilt is one of its kind, never another one exactly the same. This quilt has over 4000 small squares in it. Precisely pieced by an Amish widow lady and quilted by another Amish woman.
