Scrappy Multi-Colored Quilt

A very pretty and interesting quilt with many,many different fabric. A scrappy quilt so there is never another one exactly like it. Notice the navy blocks in the sashes between all the blocks. This quilt was pieced by a 92 yr. Amish lady. Would be a pretty heirloom quilt.

Was pieced and quilted by Amish women. This quilt is made from scrappy fabrics so no quilt is ever the same, and the binding used on this quilt is off white This quilt is symmetric and may be used sideways on a king size bed. Backing is a cream all one piece cotton fabric.

A lovely Double Wedding Ring quilt in Burgundy and Navy Blue prints.Very lovely bright fabric selections, a few prints have been replaced with prints very similar to prints shown. Background fabric is a fine tone on tone cream cotton print. Pieced and quilted by Amish woman. The back of the quilt is covered with a solid cream- white cotton fabric. The quilting density is good, averaging about 80 linear inches of stitching per square foot. Very nice quilting, the stitching is good with about 6-7 stitches per inch.
