The quilt is a beautiful combination of two favorite patterns, the Lone Star and Log Cabin. In the past these quilts were used just for warmth, but now they are valued for the beauty of individual choices of color and design. The fabrics are lovely shades of Tan and Creams prints. Note the careful piecing and nice quilting. Quilted by an Amish woman. Made in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania by a Mennonite woman.
