Colorsplash

Here is a beautiful Queen size Trip Around the World quilt that will remind you of the pastel colors of spring budding trees and flowers. This quilt is great to decorate around with lots of color options. This Colorsplash quilt is using 24 fabrics, cut and sewn so each block is 1 1/2″ square. What a beautiful combination of 24 different soft pastel fabrics selected by C Jean Horst. Sewn by a local Amish woman — note the careful patchwork piecing and the fine quilting.

A 100% beautiful pale tan/yellow cotton covers the back of the quilt shown on one of the photos. The quilting density is more than adequate, averaging about 75 linear inches of stitching per square foot. The stitching is very good with about 8 stitches per inch. The back corner tag has the documentation recorded of the name of the pattern, the maker, the fabric content, the area, and a note about made in America. This is a beauty! A high quality quilt.
