Bright, cheerful fabrics were used to create this fun jungle themed children’s quilt. Fabrics with adorable jungle animals are fun to look for in this piece.  The king of the jungle has been hand appliqué and is at the center of it all looking over his kingdom.  Perfect for hanging in a nursery, child’s room or ready to become a beloved blank, it’s ready and waiting for a loving home.  The workmanship is nicely done with tiny hand-quilted stitches that enhance the design.

A hanging sleeve and Karel’s signature patch are included on the back of the quilt.

A black eyed susan vine climbs up the post of this birdhouse while a white sheep stands along side.  Notice the sweet little heart being held in the sheep’s mouth and the butterfly that is flying in the center of the quilt.  The scrolling quilting design in the border seems to echo the climbing vine for a nice finish of this quilt.   Precise hand appliqué has been combined with the patchwork blocks in this lovely piece.
