The Wheels on the Bus song is what inspired this fun children’s quilt which features a sunny yellow bus in the center. Whimsical cars and a pick up truck, done in cheerful colors with embroidered details surround the bus. The pattern feature bright colored patchwork which frame the hand appliquéd blocks. The border fabric echos the cars and bus as the children on bikes and jumping rope ride around the border. This playful quilt is ready to become a child’s beloved snuggle blanket right now. The workmanship is beautifully done and the hand quilting enhances the overall design. A hanging sleeve and Karel’s signature tag are included on the back of the quilt.

    Patchwork Autumn is an original design by Karel and was created out of her love for the fall season.     Do you love pinwheels?  Here’s a great original design featuring pinwheels that use 8 different fabrics in them! Both the pinwheel and cornerstone blocks are set on point and the diamonds frame each pinwheel creating a great secondary design. Karel used a lighter background for the pinwheels and a small circle print for the other blocks to help the pinwheels stand apart.  Sweet little tulips sit in each corner while flowers fill in the triangle blocks around the edge.  The quality of the hand appliqué and quilting are easy to observe in this charming small quilt and the floral border is the prefect finish.  A hanging sleeve and Karel”s signature tag are included on the back.
