The Wheels on the Bus song is what inspired this fun children’s quilt which features a sunny yellow bus in the center. Whimsical cars and a pick up truck, done in cheerful colors with embroidered details surround the bus. The pattern feature bright colored patchwork which frame the hand appliquéd blocks. The border fabric echos the cars and bus as the children on bikes and jumping rope ride around the border. This playful quilt is ready to become a child’s beloved snuggle blanket right now. The workmanship is beautifully done and the hand quilting enhances the overall design. A hanging sleeve and Karel’s signature tag are included on the back of the quilt.

    A graceful floral wreath is the focal point of this stunning small quilt.     Flowers and friendship stars go hand in hand along with a fabulous paisley border that was the inspiration for the color scheme in Karel’s original design.  Her signature triple border and corner squares surround her central floral design.  Note the use of just a touch of red stripped fabric that has been selected for a pop of color.   Precise hand-quilting creates a diamond design in each corner triangles.  Red, Blue and Ivory hint at classic Americana with touches of stars and stripes thrown in.

    A hanging sleeve along with Karel’s signature patch are included on the back of the quilt.
