A Postage Stamp Irish Chain is exactly what is says.  The blocks are 1″ x 1″ – the size of a postage stamp, and the layout is similar to an Irish Chain but so much more involved for the piecer!!  The use of many prints makes this an interesting look of 100% cotton prints.  The main colors are tan, black and gold.  The backing is a beautiful fern sprig tan print in 100% cotton also.  The hand stitched quilting is especially tiny at 9 stitches per inch.
