Many little patches make this a special quilt, no two quilts are the same. Each patch has quilting on it so it makes for many, many stitches, about 7-8 stitches per inch.The back is a solid cream one piece cotton fabric.

Almost a Postage Stamp quilt, a original postage stamp has a finished 1 in. square, where this has a 1 1/2 in. finished square. A bright quilt with remnants from many colorful quilts. Features fabrics that are current and from years gone by. This quilt has over 4,400 small squares in it . Precisely pieced by a Amish widow lady and quilted by another Amish woman.

A lovely Double Wedding Ring quilt in Burgundy and Navy Blue prints.Very lovely bright fabric selections, a few prints have been replaced with prints very similar to prints shown. Background fabric is a fine tone on tone cream cotton print. Pieced and quilted by Amish woman. The back of the quilt is covered with a solid cream- white cotton fabric. The quilting density is good, averaging about 80 linear inches of stitching per square foot. Very nice quilting, the stitching is good with about 6-7 stitches per inch.
