Historically, this quilt pattern was a favorite wedding gift for young brides and has been extremely popular since the 1920’s. Subtle and sophisticated with lots of history! Note the interesting collection of 100% batik cotton teal prints selected for this quilt as well as the perfectly round and intercepting rings so well sewn. Well quilted by Amish woman. Signed and dated by its creator, C Jean Horst of Lancaster. 103″ wide is exceptionally generous for a queen bed.
