The fabrics are so beautiful and blend nicely with the beautiful pieced borders. Look closely and you will see that the border has borrowed 1/4 of the star parts from the center design to dance around its outside edges. Magnificent design that is simply beautiful. 100% cotton fabrics in the entire quilt. The hand-quilted stitches measure 8 stitches per inch. The backing of this quilt is also 100% cotton and is a beautiful teal floral print. Pattern design by Dolores Yoder.

Very well made by a local Amish woman in her home. The backing is a beautiful gray fern print and the hand quilting is 8 and 9 stitches per inch. Very fine stitches. Lovely statement for sure.
