Pinwheels and checkerboards are another pleasing element in the borders of this original design by Karel. Fabrics were carefully selected in a nice variety of prints that play nicely with the precise appliqué and tiny quilting stitches. A hanging sleeve and Karel’s signature tag are included on the back of the quilt.
